About Marjan Beach
Marjan Beach is a large-scale mixed-use development planned across 85 million sq ft of the Ras Al Khaimah coastline. The masterplan will include 22,000 homes, 12,000 hotel keys, education facilities, retail, workplaces and more than 9 million sq ft of green and open space, all framed by 3 km of beachfront.
The destination is being planned as a connected, year-round waterfront district where residential neighbourhoods, public spaces, leisure facilities and commercial areas form part of one wider community.
